Bastidas Manjarrez responded that he will always be in the best condition to meet his needs, but for there to be a better organization on these requests he informed them that they would return to each of the colonies to hold working meetings with circular dialogue where in writing they will receive their requests and this will be basic to develop their program of works for the year 2021-2022.
