They arrested a 20-year-old woman in the town of González Catán, La Matanza party, suspected of having participated in the murder of Adrián Enrique Muñoz last week in the Porteño neighborhood of Núñez.La young was identified as Rocío Celeste Barreto Vera, a Paraguayan national, and is the second arrested for the crime of the 74-year-old man who was found dead from 22 stab wounds in his department from Ciudad de la Paz Street to 3300.

Last Sunday, the Homicide Division of the City Police with staff of the Argentine Federal Police and the Bonaerense Police managed to arrest, also in La Matanza, the other suspect in the crime identified as Ariana Belén Domínguez.Barreto Vera was captured when she tried to board a remís hired through a travel application at the height of kilometer 32 of Juan Manuel de Rosas Avenue, in González Catán.

Muñoz lived in the neighborhood of Núñez, had a cheese sales venue and played tennis at Club Atlético River Plata in the veterans category. On Monday, May 10, he was seen by his neighbors in the afternoon hours entering his home with the two women detained today. The man’s daughter confirmed that she used to take women with her department with which she had opposition relations

A neighbor next to Muñoz’s property claimed to have heard screams that same Monday around 22.30 but did not give a damn. On Tuesday morning another neighbor confirmed seeing the two women leaving the building without the victim, with the key to the front door and carrying several bags.

The crime was discovered by his daughter that after not having heard from his father for several days he came to his house and found him widened in bed with two daggers still nailed to his back. So far, the only ones arrested for his murder are Dominguez and Barreto Vera, accused of stabbing Muñoz and stealing belongings such as money and valuables missing from his home.
