Call to renew, Special Electric Energy Program for Aquaculture Use 2022

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, through the National Commission of Aquaculture and Fisheries (Conapesca), reported that the period of affiliation and renewal for the Special Program of Electric Energy for Aquaculture Use of the 2022 cycle has been opened, whose call offers benefits of support to fish farmers of electric energy quota. Registration is available from October 1 to November 30, 2021 for registration, renewal or updating of data in the program register. The program is aimed at those who carry out aquaculture aquaculture activities and use electricity in their Production Units Acuícola.Se grants a kilowatts/year quota to the stimulus rates that represents 50 percent in the total amount of consumption billing – before applying VAT – up to the amount of the energy quota assigned by Agriculture, through Conapesca.Those interested should go to the Attention Windows located in the Representative Offices of Conapesca in the states or in the central offices of the federal institution, for the attention of the General Coordination of Operation and Institutional Strategy, located in Mazatlan, Sinaloa.For the renewal of registration to the program, those producers who already enjoy this benefit, it is enough to submit the registration application and the last notice-receipt of payment of electrical energy at the Service Window, without requiring additional documentation, unless it is indicated by changes with respect to the previous cycle.
