Boric and second round: “We will make all the revisions that are necessary”

We didn’t do enough territorial stick and we’re going to have to deploy and listen a lot.” In the interview Boric addressed other issues, including migration, of which he criticized that, only in his opinion, “Chile, Peru and Colombia are the only countries that take charge of the disaster that has generated the government of Nicolás Maduro and his dictatorship. We have to expand that and improve the borders by talking with the police and the Armed Forces.” Of the violence in La Araucanía, Boric said that “neither a government of ours that type of violence is going to stop, because we are going to be able to sit down and look for a solution to a deep problem. The more talk, the more violence there is. What José Antonio Kast represents is to deepen what has led us to the problem we are in today.” Faced with an eventual role of his contender in the primaries, the mayor of Recoleta, Daniel Jadue (PC), the candidate said that “Daniel is well in the municipality and is going to stay in the municipality. In government we need transversal people. We have to go out and talk to everyone and there I have no doubt that Daniel will collaborate in that line from the Municipality of Recoleta”.
