They are investigating the death of a two-year-old girl who was found drowned in a dam in the town of Los Manantiales, 70 kilometers north of the city of San Luis, police sources said. The death occurred on Wednesday in a field located in the El Paliguante area at kilometer 65 of Route 146, where the little girl was with her mother who was doing field work in the place with a relative. According to the account of Vanesa Soledad Rojas, mother of Kiara Guadalupe Rojas, while working, the girl lost sight and around 2 p.m. on Wednesday found her floating in one of the two dams in the field. The little girl is the youngest of three children of the 29-year-old woman. His older children were with their father at the time of the incident, the deputy commissioner of the 13th Police Station of Los Manantiales, Verónica Quintero, told diario de la República.
