Coepriss and UAS hold workshop on hygienic food handling

Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The University Welfare Unit of the UAS in conjunction with the State Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks in Sinaloa (COEPRISS), carried out the workshop Hygienic Food Handling aimed at representatives of Academic Units and food establishments in Mazatlan.Before officials and assistants, Dr. Miguel Ángel Díaz Quinteros, Vice-rector of the Southern Regional Unit, he explained that with this type of action the Institution strengthens the environmental protections necessary for university students to have less risk to their health.” The idea is that we multiply the effort, the Ministry of Health together with the University, more at this time when our university is continuing with face-to-face classes.
