La Chocolaterie: how will be the fair dedicated one hundred percent to chocolate

This is La Chocolaterie, the only fair dedicated one hundred percent to the world of chocolate, which will be held from June 18 to 20 in the Ocre pavilion of La Rural. From 14.00 to 20.00, visitors can enjoy chocolate in all its forms: tablets, truffles, fondue, chocolates, chocolate cascade, ice cream macaron, hot chocolate, alfajores, cookies, mousse, chocolate ingot, fine pastry, rama chocolate, waffles, liquors, ice cream, beer with cocoa, chocolate spheres, vegan chocolate, and other products made from cocoa such as handmade soaps or aromatic candles of soy wax with special cocoa aroma, among other options. In the fair, which will involve the best chocolates in the Argentine market and its savoir-faire, you can enjoy different activities, in addition to touring the stands overflowing with chocolate proposals. Throughout the day there will be demonstration classes where different preparations with chocolate will be made by renowned chocolatiers, pastry chefs and chefs such as Isabel Vermal, Gustavo Nari, Yanina Bloch, Juliana López May, Stefan Ditzend, Silvia Barredo, Ruben Darré, Ariel Gravano, as well as other talks by cocoa specialists such as Rodrigo Salgado and Lorena Galasso.

There will also be several activities such as the cocoa ceremony, a sensory experience that invites you to know the ancestral use of cocoa. While for the little ones there will be a chocolate workshop dictated in the land of the children of Codeland, and for all ages, a virtual space that transports to the fantastic world of chocolate. For the most specialists, and as a gift idea for Father’s Day, chocolate tastings are proposed with cocoa of origin, fine aromas and with beans from bean to bar. In addition, with separate fertilizer and limited space, you can learn more about the world of cocoa and taste chocolates of origin paired with coffee, Zuccardi liqueur wines, olive oil and more.
