La Plata: Three men arrested for kidnapping and raping a 14-year-old girl

Three men were arrested Tuesday night accused of kidnapping and raping a 14-year-old girl in the city of La Plata. The complaint was made by a neighbor who contacted the 911.La minor was deprived of her liberty in a house located in the neighborhood of Altos de San Lorenzo. Personnel of the G.T.O. and the Patrol Command attended there and found that there was a person screaming for help in the home. When the police managed to rescue the victim, she said that days before she had met a 32-year-old man who took her deceived to that address and there another person held her and prevented her from leaving for a day and a half. She also said that during that period of time she was abused by two men. In this way, the three subjects were arrested: Alberto Gabriel Rodríguez, 56, Fabio Ovidio Rodríguez, 53, and Juan Carlos Rodríguez, 32.The arrests were made under the heading of “illegitimate deprivation of liberty” and “seriously outrageous sexual abuse with carnal access” and the men were at the disposal of UFI No. 16 of the Judicial Department of La Plata. Argentine News reported that the minor was homeless and that she had three active search warrants for whereabouts in Moreno’s Buenos Aires party. After being treated at the Children’s Hospital, she was placed under the guardianship of the Family Court on duty and the Local Service for Children and Adolescents.
