A small plane fell in General Rodríguez: there are two seriously injured

A small plane crashed in mid-flight over a field located between Provincial Route 6 and La Choza Creek, in General Rodríguez. As a result of the accident, two people suffered serious injuries. The event took place around 5:30 p.m., just minutes after the two-seater plane took off from the runway of the Ildefonso Durana aerodrome. The rescuers of the Volunteer Firefighters of the locality responded promptly to the call for help, providing immediate attention to those affected. Sources close to the scene of the disaster indicated that the accident could have been caused by a possible technical failure that affected the normal operation of the plane. Authorities launched a thorough investigation, with aviation experts examining the aircraft for clues to the causes behind the tragedy. The identities of the two occupants are still being withheld by airport authorities, but it was confirmed that both were residents of General Rodriguez. The injured, after receiving medical attention at the scene, were urgently transferred to the Vicente López Hospital, where they are currently being closely monitored. Although preliminary reports indicate multiple traumas as a result of the overturning of the plane, the state of health of the injured remains in a reserved condition, according to medical sources.
