Campazzo, on his return to Real Madrid: title and MVP in the final of the Super Cup

In his return to Real Madrid after a brief stint at Estrella de Belgrade, the Argentine basketball player Facundo Campazzo was fundamental for the 88-81 win against Unicaja Málaga with which he was consecrated in the Spanish Super Cup and added a new title to his career. More than seven thousand spectators attended the Palacio de los Deportes de Murcia to watch the final of the Super Cup, after five consecutive consecrations of the Casablanca in previous editions. With his precise steals of the ball and key offensive interventions, Campazzo contributed to go to the break with an advantage of 44 to 31.From the third quarter, the Andalusian team woke up and had a better performance with which it managed to get quite close -47 to 51- and, with the mood that the discount meant, they went on to win by 56 to 54. The explosiveness did not last however for much longer and the Madrid team managed to go towards the break with five points advantage. Constant back and forth, with both teams trying to defend their position and in search of the advantage that allows them to breathe, Real Madrid prevailed with pressure as the main condition. Acclaimed by the fans who witnessed the game, Campazzo was the best player of the final and therefore received the MVP award, with 17 points, 5 assists, a rebound and three steals in 27 minutes of play.
