In Congreso we continue writing history from a human perspective: Víctor Zurita

Morelia, Michoacán.- In the State Congress we continue to write history from a human perspective, stressed Deputy Víctor Zurita Ortiz, when rendering his Second Work Report in the LXXV Local Legislature.
In the Legislative Palace, before the Secretary of Government Carlos Torres Piña, representatives of various organizations, the deputy member of the Morena Parliamentary Group stressed that today as never before that human perspective in legislative work has focused on the rights of people with disabilities.
“From the first day of my mandate as a deputy I made the promise of struggles day by day to generate better living conditions for all Michoacanos, but especially for the most vulnerable groups.”
The also president of the Special Commission for the Care of Persons with Disabilities stressed that throughout his life I have coincided with many people with whom they have shared the dream of living in a more inclusive world.
“People with disabilities do not know more limits than those that society puts on us, without a doubt, our level of resilience is very great and awakens a tireless fighting spirit. If we remain united we will achieve the cherished dream of inclusion, and that along the way we will find allies such as the deputies of this Legislature who have not hesitated or hesitated to support the proposals in favor of inclusion. ”
Before the representatives of different Morelian colonies, Víctor Zurita stressed that the challenges facing the state are not only inclusion, that is why as a legislator he has addressed many other issues of social interest that can and should be addressed from the legislation.
“I am aware of the high responsibility that as a popular representative they have conferred on me, and I feel committed to being accountable to them and thanking them for the trust that people have placed in me.”
The legislator endorsed his commitment to the people of Michoacán, and thanked the support and accompaniment provided by his work team, because he pointed out that without them it would have been practically impossible for him to realize the ideals of change that he has been promoting.
The report was attended by local authorities, the leader of the local congressional union, Rogelio Andrade Vargas, deputies Julieta García, Ivonne Pantoja, Belinda Hurtado, María de la Luz Núñez, as well as Fabiola Alanis, head of the National Commission to Prevent and Eradicate Violence against Women of the Federal Government and the municipal presidents of Zinapécuaro, Panindícuaro, Angamacutiro, Santa Ana Maya, Senguio, and Briseñas.
Among the organizations of people with disabilities that attended stood out de la Cabeza al Cielo, Fuerza Sorda, and the association with motor disabilities, among others.
When making use of the voice, the Secretary of Government Carlos Torres Piña, recognized the work of Deputy Víctor Zurita who permanently promotes justice and the rights of people with disabilities.
