They filed the first amparo before the Justice against Milei’s DNU

After the new measures announced, the first amparo against the DNU of the President of the Nation, Javier Milei, was filed before the Federal Administrative Court and it was requested for the unconstitutionality of the same. The presentation was made by the Civil Association Observatory of the Right to the City and for now it is the first of the presentations before which it is expected that there will be others. It fell before the judge in the Federal Administrative Litigation 2, Esteban Furnari. Now, the court asked him to accompany the arguments of the amparo along with the eventual documentation that could go with the presentation. As it is an amparo, it is quickly resolved, although prior to this, it is likely that the court will intervene beforehand to answer the claim to the other party.
