José Rosario López Espinoza (Alhuey), Martín Hernández Varela (Campo Plata), Josué Israel Martínez Castro (Chinitos), Remberto Montoya Castro (Costa Azul), Alejandro Pazcacio Rivera Parra (Gato de Lara), Celes Avendaño Gaxiola (La Ilama), Emiliano Montoya Pérez (La Reforma) and Adrián Medina Ramos (Palmitas) stated that the citizens of the peoples yearn to have quality street lighting in their locality, as well as requesting the scraping and rehabilitation of streets , some expansions of the electricity grid, better service in the distribution of drinking water, sanitation in drainage sewers, among other things that avoid having better living conditions.
