CDMX.- María Marisela “S”, regulator of the Collective Transport System (STC) of the CDMX Metro, was arrested on Thursday for her alleged responsibility in the train crash at the Tacubaya station of Line 1 that occurred on March 10. Elements of the Attorney General’s Office of The Capital Justice (FGJCDMX) arrested the employee after 15:00 yesterday when she left her home located in the general colony Ignacio Zaragoza of the town hall Iztapalapa.
Marisela had an apprehension order against her for the crimes of culpable homicide in tort a person, culpable injuries injury to the grievance of four persons and damage to the property tort from STC Metro.This Friday, April 10, the defendant’s initial hearing will be held, where a control judge will determine her legal status. Another arrest warrant is pending last Tuesday against Alan Omar “P”, driver of the M-484/485 train, who hit another by braking system failures. On March 31, the FGJCDMX determined that the accident left as a balance by a deceased person and 41 injured happened due to the omissions of operation of the train driver, so it was integrated into an investigation folder for the crimes of culpable homicide and injuries.
