The new Fortnite Battle Royale update arrived last Wednesday, April 15 with new challenges that will bring you closer and closer to achieving the golden skin variants. We enter Week 9 of Season 2, Chapter 2, with the update that brings with it patch v12.40. Here are this week’s challenges:
Search for chests in the various named locations (0/5)
Deal damage to other players with sniper rifles (0/300)
Upgrade a Legendary Rarity Weapon in an Upgrade Bank (0/1)
Look for a flame, legendary chest, or supply drop (0/1)
Causes damage to Choppa with a passenger or pilot on board (0/100)
Collect XP coins (0/5)
Load a giant pink teddy bear located in Committed Reels at 100 meters (0/100)
Look for midas’ golden call between a junkyard, a gas station and a recreational vehicle camp (0/1)
Gather Intel during the games of a Spy Game Operation (0/10)
Earn Gold Medals for Survival, Combat or Scavenger (0/3)
The good news is that most of these challenges are somewhat easy, so it seems won’t be difficult to get close to the end of Season 2.
