In the Province of Santa Fe, despite the forties, on July 11th a man decided to celebrate the birthday of 15 of his daughter with about 300 guests in the neighborhood Las Delicias. Neighbors saw the continuous movement denounced the clandestine party held in a car wash conditioned for the event and called 911 and the Municipality of Santa Fe, so police officers made themselves with inspectors from the control secretariat. Those who ended the party and arrested the father of the birthday girl and organizer responsible for the event.
But despite violating article 205 of the Penal Code, the detainee agreed with prosecutor Stannislao Giavedoni of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office 1 of Santa Fe, to make a donation of 100 thousand pesos to the Doctor Orlando Alassi Children’s Hospital, and thus avoid going to trial and facing the charges.
“After making the deposit, the defendant made a commitment to provide community services in the municipality, in the framework of the work that he carries out in the car wash, which was closed. This probation must now be approved by a justice of the peace,” said the prosecutor, who will request that the man “take care of washing the cars of the Secretariat of Community Control, which was the one that participated in the operation that night, for two years and to appear monthly before the Board of Trustees of releases”. The police officers, as the intervener commented, did not count the exact amount, but in a groso way there were many more than 10 that is the one allowed at the time by Provincial Decree No. 47.The detainee in his most intimate environment acted that way because he wanted to pay homage to his daughter and argued that it was a celebration that they had been organizing for months.
