They denounce chats where intimate content of women is disseminated in Puebla

Activists and users on social networks denounced the creation of Telegram chats in which intimate content of women in Puebla is disseminated and harassment against them is encouraged through social networks.
Through Instagram, the account @sororidad_puebla denounced the creation of a group called ‘Pelle T3’, where a user under the name of ‘Rokubungi’ offers entry to a second group, where intimate photos of Puebla women are disseminated.
To enter, the administrator imposed five requirements: “three packs” of Puebla women showing the breasts or crotch, photos showing the face with the first characteristics, the social networks of each one, not photos of “fat” and not “common packs”.

Once the photos are sent to the administrator, they will be given access to the ‘main group’, where intimate photos of more than 150 women from the state of Puebla circulate, activist Andi Martín del Campo reported.
In addition, there is another group, called ‘Ireul: Cyber Attack’ – managed by the same user, ‘Rokubungi’ – created to harass women on social networks. It shares your photos, your address, your email and your mobile number.

According to the screenshots published by @sororidad_puebla, in the chat ‘Pelle T3’ there are around 300 members, while in the harassment chat there are more than 130 members.

In addition to these two chats, there was another called ‘Nerv: Quemones Puebla’, focused, according to the description shown on Instagram, on exposing, exhibiting and asking about ‘poblana infidels’; however, this group was denounced, so it was eliminated.
Faced with the complaints about the telegram chats, the governor of the state, Miguel Barbosa, announced that the government would file a complaint with the Prosecutor’s Office of Puebla, through the Legal Department and the Secretariat of Substantive Equality.
In his daily conference, Barbosa said that the Ministry of Public Security and the Cyber Police were already conducting investigations into the group where intimate photos and videos of women in the state are shared.

On the other hand, the Puebla deputy Nora Escamilla published a statement in which she offered accompaniment to the victims to present the corresponding complaints.
“The message is clear, those who are part of and feed this digital group are committing a crime,” he wrote in a statement.
The @sororidad_puebla account reported that there is already a confirmed culprit in disseminating content of one of the complainants, who was harassed after her information was disseminated in the chats.
The defendant was the woman’s ex-partner, whom he drunk to have sex and said he educated her with abuse. When she decided to finish, he threatened to spread her photos without clothes.

That’s how he spread his photos, his address, his email and his cell phone number through the chat ‘Ireul: Cyber Attack’, so he had to change his number and close his social networks.
The man already has a complaint against him for the crime of violation of sexual privacy, @sororidad_puebla reported, “but the authorities only give the victim a long time about opening his folder and do nothing.”
Complaints by chat in Yucatan
More than a week ago a public denunciation was made about the existence of the group “Zorritas de la UAM” – in reference to the Anahuac Mayab University – where one thousand 280 users shared intimate content of university students, as well as your personal data.
Authorities in Yucatan and several universities in the state are investigating the existence of the group on the messaging application Telegram.
We tell you: Collectives denounce lack of protocols to punish chat photos of women; Anahuac tries to silence them
However, collectives of the different schools whose students are related to him, say that no progress in research and are suspicious that there is a sanction against those responsible.
Students of the Anahuac University denounced that the institution has tried to silence them, that they do not have information on what to do if they are victims and that there is no specific protocol to deal with cases of violence against women.
And although there are protocols, as in the Autonomous University of Yucatan, whose students taThey are also allegedly involved in the chat, it has been reported on multiple occasions that they do not work.
It should be remembered that in 17 entities digital crimes against women are already typified, through the set of legislative reforms, known as ‘Olimpia Law’.
The Olimpia Law is aimed at recognizing digital violence and punishing crimes that violate people’s sexual intimacy through digital media.
It arose as a result of the dissemination of a video of unauthorized sexual content of a woman in the state of Puebla; therefore, an initiative was promoted to reform the Criminal Code of that entity.
In the state it is punishable by three to six years in prison, or by a fine ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 times the unit of measurement and updating at the time the crime is committed.
