They reported cuts in the surroundings of Plaza Baquedano for the second consecutive day: traffic is already restored

For the second consecutive day, there were cuts in the vicinity of Plaza Baquedano by demonstrators who gathered in tribute to the journalist, Francisca Sandoval, who died of a bullet impact in Barrio Meiggs in the middle of the Workers’ Day march.
Through audiovisual records you can see clashes between Public Order Control Personnel (COP) and demonstrators at different points of the Alameda near Plaza Italia.

The Universidad Católica station closed all its accesses and there was no stop of trains due to the events outside.
The protesters alleged repression by police officials to restore public order. At the moment the traffic is already working normally through the sector.
